Please Note:

Due to tentative and pending bookings, reservation request form does not guarantee availability for any dates. Bookings are confirmed by securing service by means of a signed contract and security deposit.

Vancouver DJ Wedding Services will have the stated equipment ready prior to official event start time and will provide continuous music playback throughout the event (if required).


All event terms are based on a 4 hr performance schedule, plus a 3 hour allotment for a full setup and takedown. Each additional hour is subject to a $100 per hour surcharge.


The client agrees on the following information:

- The venue will provide a correctly wired active 220v 50/40amp outlet

- The venue will be empty of activities 30 mins prior to setup

- Loading gates to venue are unlocked prior to setup

- The venue will ensure access to the nearest door where the DJ will be setup


The client will indicate on the contract the following optional information:

- Light-show use is permitted in the event location (if requested)


The client will provide a reasonable level of security during the hours of the event to ensure the safety of the staff, administration, guests and event organizers. Vancouver DJ Wedding Services is not responsible for safety of guests. The client will ensure that there is adequate supervision in the venue location to prevent damage to the equipment.

The client agrees to the replacement cost of the equipment for any damage that may occur.


A non-refundable 50% deposit is required to reserve the date. The deposit is due 4 months prior to event date or immediately if it is short notice.

If the event is cancelled 8 weeks prior to the event, rebooking will depend on DJ availability.

If the event is cancelled within 14 days of the event date, the remaining balance of payment will be required within 10 days of cancellation notification.

The client will ensure complete payment is provided prior to the event date, or upon arrival.
